Can you do custom sizes?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of sizes! If one of our products is simply not in the size you need, let us know, and we can arrange that for you.
What lasts longer? Wood, or Vinyl?
Vinyl is the longest-lasting option. After decades, it will remain relatively unchanged. After 10 years, the wood structures will show some signs of wear and tear.
What does the warranty cover?
All products, including damages caused by our error, such as wood decay, are covered. Should such issues arise, please reach out promptly, and we'll send replacement parts!

How do I prepare a foundation for my structure?
Before we process your order, we call to make sure we cover all the information you will need.
We can send you our "Site Prep Guide" upon request, and if you opt to have our installation team assemble the structure, they will also prepare and anchor the structure for you.
Do I need a permit for my structure?
Every area is different. Check with your local township or homeowners association. We will help you get any materials required for the permit if requested.

Do you have financing options?
No, we have some plans to implement a financing system in the future. For the moment, we do accept all major credit cards.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
This depends on whether we have it stocked and ready to ship, which you can find in the product description.
If the item is built to order, it will typically take 6-8 weeks. If it is stocked, it will be 2-3 week shipping.
Do you ship/service areas outside the U.S.?
We only service areas in the lower 48 states. This is because it allows us to offer free shipping on all our products, which we love doing.
Are assembly instructions included?
Of course! Even if you opt for our white glove installation service, all products will always come with an assembly manual.

What if I change my mind on my order?
We can only do cancellations up to 48 hours after purchase, however we do have a 30-day return policy.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we uphold a 30-day return policy starting the day your order arrives.
What if my package is damaged?
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we will send replacement parts at no extra cost.
What if I am assembling the structure myself, and something breaks?
If a part of the structure breaks, contact us, and we can help you order a replacement part.
